Journey through the “Laborinth” of Birth and Parenthood

Childbirth Class One:

These childbirth classes include birth art and meditation. Not only do we learn about where labor pains come from, but also, it’s necessary purpose. We will discuss how to cope with the pain throughout labor and practice movement both with and without the support of your partners. Additionally, we explore different positions and techniques along with some keep ups to emphasize on stepping out of your comfort zone. We will talk about creating and protecting the birth space, practice positive affirmations and participate in a fear release ritual. Another key point is learning 5 simple steps to flipping fears into positive outlooks.

The Birth Fear 101/P.A.I.N in Labor class is the first of 3 childbirth classes in the series and also a stand alone class as seen in the flyer below.
